The PPH 308 rotary bell atomizer is outfitted with a SAMES KREMLIN patented magnetic air bearing turbine. This atomizer has been designed for large Industrial applications, to spray electrostatically water-based, solvent-based or bi-component materials. Its versatility, resiliency and sturdiness make it the best choice for demanding industries and diverse manufacturing environments.

The paint is atomized by the centrifugal force resulting from the spinning at high speed of the bell cup driven by the turbine. The turbine allows reaching high rotation speed (up to 45000rpm) without any vibration, thanks to its multi-frequency damping system. The high rotation speed allows high finishing quality independently from viscosity and resistivity of the sprayed material. The droplets of paint are electrically charged from the edge of the bell cup and are transferred to the part to be painted in following the electrostatic field and with the air from shaping air shroud.

The air shroud permits adapting the pattern size and shape to the profile of parts being sprayed:

Narrow and penetrating for hollow parts
Wide and wrapping up for flat or tubular components

Water-Based Stains

Water-Based Wood Stains have all the advantages of oil-based stains. They spread easily, can be repaired, blend effortlessly & have plenty of open time. The thicker formula allows for controlled penetration, which will reduce blotching on softer woods such as Aspen, Pine & Maple.

Solvent-Based Stains

A wood stain consists of a colorant suspended or dissolved in an agent or solvent. Colored, or ''stained", finishes do not penetrate the pores of the wood to any significant degree.

UV Material Epoxy Multi-Component
